An Indian shepherd, or "gollodu," enjoys the first breath of spring on his solitary vigil. Textile designer Suneetha/Bhaavana brings the scene to vivid life using elements of applique, origami, embroidery, and beading. A sparkling dichroic button, kiln-fired by American artist Ronda Terry, completes the portrait.
